Job description
The Endpoint Engineer is an established performer that is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing endpoint devices across the organization to ensure a secure and efficient user experience. This role focuses on deploying endpoint solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting endpoint-related projects.
What you'll do:
- Maintains and supports endpoint management systems, including device imaging, patching, and software deployment.
- Monitors device compliance, security, and performance across all endpoints (Windows, macOS, mobile).
- Collaborates with IT teams to test, evaluate, and deploy endpoint software and hardware solutions.
- Implements configuration policies using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent.
- Troubleshoots and resolves endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
- Develops and updates documentation related to endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provides technical support to end users and escalates issues as needed.
- Assists in endpoint security initiatives, including antivirus, encryption, and device compliance monitoring.
- Participates in endpoint lifecycle management, including asset tracking, refresh cycles, and disposal processes.
- Supports endpoint-related projects and contributes to continuous improvement of IT services.
- Works on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
- Performs accurate analyses, conducts research, and draws meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
- Draws from prior experience, interprets facts, and identifies incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
- Uses innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
- Effectively applies functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
- Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
- Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
