Job description
- Analyze master data to identify trends and patterns that enhance business processes and decision-making, providing expert guidance on MDM best practices
- Develop and maintain applications using Semarchy MDM tools, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with MDM protocols
- Design, deploy, and optimize data pipelines in Azure using tools such as ADF, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake to achieve high performance and scalability
- Lead and manage teams, providing strategic planning and oversight to align with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiating and influencing critical decisions while clearly articulating the benefits and constraints of technology solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in MDM or data management are preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on operational experience in data stewardship and product ownership
- Develop and maintain applications using Semarchy MDM tools, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with MDM protocols
- Proficient in data engineering skillsets, including experience with cloud data pipelines and tools such as Azure Data Factory, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance principles
