Data Engineer :: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

Seeking for a Data Engineer to lead performance management, analytics, and reporting for our Broadband Office. You'll have the opportunity to design, maintain, and enhance our data infrastructure to support broadband programs. Description of Work:

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of data systems.
• Design and manage data models and workflows for consistency and accuracy.
• Establish data standards and quality controls for operations and reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple systems into centralized formats.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Ensure analytics products align with stakeholder needs.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Assist with federal and state reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with GIS staff to align program data with geographic datasets.
• Support integration of GIS outputs into data products.
• Advise leadership on data quality and reporting strategies.
• Prepare briefings and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

• 5 years of SQL experience
• 5 years of Power BI experience
• 5 years of general data modeling experience
• 5 years of data integration experience
• 5 years of experience working with diverse datasets
• Exceptional communication skills
