Job description
Tekberry is seeking a Software & Computer Systems Technician II to support software development and systems integration initiatives for our client, a global leader in advanced materials and manufacturing technologies. This role focuses on developing and maintaining custom applications within the Autodesk ecosystem to enhance product lifecycle management (PLM) workflows, automate data exchange, and improve user experience across engineering platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage workspaces, and Autodesk APIs, along with strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript. This role collaborates with cross-functional engineering and product teams to build scalable solutions that support product development and lifecycle management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Integration
Develop and maintain applications leveraging Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage APIs, and Autodesk web services Design and implement solutions that automate PLM workflows and improve engineering data exchange Customize and configure Fusion Manage workspaces to align with business and engineering processes Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using C# and JavaScript Integrate systems using RESTful APIs and modern web development practices
Systems Support & Collaboration
Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable software solutions Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex software and integration issues Contribute to the development of process improvements within PLM and engineering data workflows Provide support and knowledge sharing to internal users and team members
Software Lifecycle Management
Manage development activities within a Git-based version control environment Support testing, deployment, and documentation processes for developed solutions Ensure consistency, code quality, and maintainability across Autodesk integrations and applications Assist with training team members on established tools, systems, and development practices
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, 3+ years of software development experience Experience working with Autodesk APIs, Fusion Manage, Autodesk Vault, or similar PLM / CAD-integrated environments Experience working within engineering or manufacturing technology environments
Required Skills
Proficiency in C# and JavaScript Experience with RESTful API development and integration Experience using Git and Visual Studio development environments Understanding of PLM concepts and engineering data workflows Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement standard procedures Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with Autodesk Vault or Fusion Manage platforms Experience customizing PLM workflows and workspace configurations Familiarity with engineering or CAD-integrated systems environments Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams
