Enterprise Network And Identity Engineer

• Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and identity systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and authentication issues across enterprise environments.
• Support Windows-based systems and mobile device connectivity.
• Perform network installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Maintain and update network documentation including diagrams and design documents.
• Manage firmware, software, and security updates across network platforms.
• Monitor and resolve issues through ticketing systems.
• Provide technical support for network and authentication-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of network and identity solutions.
• Support on-site activities including equipment installation and maintenance.
• Travel to remote locations as required to support network operations., * Deploy and support network and identity infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support installation, upgrades, and maintenance of network systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on tasks and project progress.

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration.
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
• 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices.
• Experience creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical network tasks including lifting equipment and working on ladders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
• Formal training in networking technologies.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
