Requirements
- Master's in Data Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, AI, or related scientific field or equivalent experience in technical analysis. In lieu of a Master's degree, a bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of directly related experience will be considered.
- Experience with AI development including applying large language models (LLMs) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for biomedical problems.
- Experience in developing data pipelines from harmonizing, curating and aggregating data. Familiarity with molecular, physiological and/or clinical data a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead highly interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated skills in scientific writing, as well as development and clear presentation of technical materials to a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical audiences a plus
- Experience with bioinformatic processing and analysis of sequence (genomics/transcriptomic), proteomics, and chemical data using open-source and custom tools is highly desirable
- This role is onsite only
Benefits & conditions
Recent Graduate Hiring Range: $116,400 - $140,000
Experienced Hiring Range: $116,400 - $182,200
