Job description
As the Senior Radar Systems Engineer you will support the technical engineering team to develop and maintain the local radar systems system sustainment and travel for on-site support in Australia. The successful candidate is responsible for designing, modeling, testing, and optimizing high-frequency radar, focusing on signal processing, target detection, and system integration. This person should be detailed oriented, be able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams, and have proven experience with MATLAB and prototyping and hands-on troubleshooting of field operations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with five (5+) years experience with radar systems sustainment and tier 2 maintenance and radar systems calibrations.

Strong understanding of radar principles, signal processing, and electronic protection techniques

Use MATLAB/Python for simulations and models to analyze radar performance, including signal processing, waveforms, and data processing algorithms.
