Job description

The Automated Tester defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets tests for processes, functions, system integration, and user acceptance testing including test units, processes, and functions. Conducts system integration tests and user acceptance testing, creates automated test scripts, and coordinates with the development team to perform tests. Documents the successes and failures of all executed test procedures. Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Provides technical support and advice to other engineering groups. Participates in the development, maintenance, and refinement of quality control and reliability programs.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph\n
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years' experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree \n
  • Experience with test automation methodologies such as Selenium or Katalon\n
  • Understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of software systems\n
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail\n
  • Strong, effective, and professional communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills \n
  • Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams\n
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work without close supervision\n
  • Ability to take initiative in troubleshooting; creative in determining approach or action to take in non-routine situations\n, * BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Sciences\n
  • Advanced degree\n
  • Experience with database migration tools such as Flyway\n
  • Experience supporting COTS platforms\n
  • Experience working with / handling Highly Sensitive Data\n
  • Experience conducting unit testing of software modifications\n
  • Experience with SecDevOps\n
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)\n
