Job description

This position is responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of PeopleSoft ERP systems. The role involves working with both internal and external County systems, developing data reports and analytics, maintaining workflows, and resolving system issues. The candidate will also participate in system upgrade projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient system operations., * Develop, support, and maintain PeopleSoft ERP systems.

  • Design and implement integrations with internal and external Client systems.
  • Develop reports and queries to present data insights and analytics.
  • Configure and maintain system workflows.
  • Analyze system defects and performance issues, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Participate in system upgrade and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and customers to understand system requirements.
  • Document business processes and technical requirements.
  • Create comprehensive technical design and support documentation.
  • Perform database design and stored procedure development.
  • Work with Oracle Database (Oracle DB) environments.
  • Follow and support current change control methodologies.

Requirements

  • Experience working with PeopleSoft ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (Oracle DB).
  • Experience in database design and stored procedure development.
  • Ability to develop technical documentation and system design documents.
  • Experience working with reporting and query development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for system defects and performance issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change control processes and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments.
