Systems & Data Integration Specialist

We are seeking a Systems & Data Integration Specialist to help design, build, and maintain the digital systems that power our business., The Systems & Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for connecting the company's software platforms, automating internal processes, and building reporting systems that improve operational efficiency under the direction of the General Manager. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and data. You will work across multiple platforms to create integrations, dashboards, and automation that help the company run more efficiently. You will also be responsible for the seamless integration of new technologies and AI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems through technology and wants the opportunity to work within systems that directly impact business performance. Requirements Key Responsibilities Systems Integration Build and maintain integrations between internal platforms and software systems Connect data between CRM, reservation systems, analytics tools, and operational software Work with APIs and automation platforms to streamline workflows Automation & Process Improvement Develop automation that eliminates manual processes Improve operational efficiency through system design and workflow automation Support departments in identifying opportunities for automation Implement AI solutions to address efficiencies and customer experience Data & Analytics Build dashboards and operational reporting tools Maintain structured datasets used for business intelligence and reporting Assist leadership with data analysis and operational insights Platform Administration Support configuration and optimization of internal software platforms, including Zoho One and related systems Maintain system settings, permissions, and integrations Documentation Create and maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and automation Develop internal technical guides and SOPs

Strong proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Sheets Experience working with structured data and reporting Familiarity with APIs, automation platforms, or integrations Basic scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Ability to quickly learn new software systems Experience with and a desire to engage AI systems, agents, and processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zoho products, CRM platforms, and Booking platforms Business intelligence tools (Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Workflow automation platforms such as Make.com or Zapier Experience working with databases or SQL Experience integrating multiple software systems Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and other LMs Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a technically curious problem-solver who enjoys building systems and automation to improve how a business operates, and gets things done.
