Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Physical Security Project Coordinator to support security initiatives, system installations, and project coordination activities. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution in a remote environment., * Coordinate physical security projects (installations, upgrades, system enhancements)
- Manage project schedules, documentation, risks, and action items
- Act as liaison between Security, IT, Facilities, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support system documentation for VMS & Access Control platforms (Milestone, CCURE, etc.)
- Assist with remote installations, testing, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with security standards and quality guidelines
Requirements
- 2 4+ years of project coordination or program support experience
- Experience with physical security systems (VMS, Access Control)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, PoE, VLANs)
Preferred: CAPM / PMP / Lean Six Sigma or ASIS (PSP) certification.
