Security Administrator Associate

Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Physical Security Project Coordinator to support security initiatives, system installations, and project coordination activities. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution in a remote environment., * Coordinate physical security projects (installations, upgrades, system enhancements)

• Manage project schedules, documentation, risks, and action items
• Act as liaison between Security, IT, Facilities, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support system documentation for VMS & Access Control platforms (Milestone, CCURE, etc.)
• Assist with remote installations, testing, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with security standards and quality guidelines

• 2 4+ years of project coordination or program support experience
• Experience with physical security systems (VMS, Access Control)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, PoE, VLANs)

Preferred: CAPM / PMP / Lean Six Sigma or ASIS (PSP) certification.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $50.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
