Job description

  • Lead requirements gathering across core supply chain planning domains including SAP IBP (S&OP, Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory), Production Planning (PP), Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Advanced ATP (aATP).
  • Define the "to-be" technology landscape, develop solution roadmaps, and design phased implementation strategies aligned to strategic business objectives across supply chain, planning, and operations.
  • Serve as a functional champion and subject matter expert in one or more key areas such as SAP IBP Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Response & Supply, PP, PP/DS, and aATP.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Domain Architects (Data, Infrastructure, Application, Security) to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and system design principles.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration and solution design activities; document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and architecture designs.
  • Contribute to SAP thought leadership by delivering content-rich insights at customer engagements, industry events, and through digital media channels.

Within this organization, the Global Delivery Hub (GDH) under SAP Customer Engagement & Advisory provides deep application and technology expertise to support Success Plans, Premium Engagement, and Enterprise Support customers. We engage with a holistic understanding of each customer's business landscape, enabling continuous improvement of IT and operational processes while safeguarding transformation initiatives. The Global Delivery Hub Americas Supply Chain Management team focuses on Success Plans and Premium Engagement customers across the Americas, providing conceptual and architectural guidance to accelerate digital transformation, adoption, and consumption within Supply Chain management solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning with hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S/4HANA planning capabilities.
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP SCM and IBP consulting, aATP/Product development, and system integration technologies including CPI-DS, RTI, and SDI.
  • 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP IBP and/or S/4HANA aATP.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Build Process Automation, APIs/oData, and Machine Learning is highly desirable.
  • Experience in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or C++ is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues, including performance optimization, data consistency validation, and system availability analysis within enterprise SAP landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of evolving IT trends, digital transformation strategies, and their impact on business competitiveness across industries.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to design and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; self-driven with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong networking skills, execution focus, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
