Job description
We are seeking a knowledgeable Network Administrator to support and maintain our network infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies while ensuring reliable connectivity for all users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Responsibilities

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points

Support LAN/WAN environments including VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and routing/switching

Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and system alerts

Assist with network upgrades, equipment refreshes, and site deployments

Maintain accurate network documentation including diagrams, IP schemas, and configurations
-
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across wired and wireless environments

Manage firewall policies, VPN tunnels, ACLs, and network segmentation

Collaborate with security teams to implement network hardening measures

Support VoIP systems, WAN circuits, and remote connectivity

Escalate complex issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary
Requirements
-
3+ years of network administration or networking support experience

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
-
Experience with enterprise networking gear (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)

Hands-on experience configuring firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems
-
Understanding of network security best practices and monitoring tools

Ability to read and update network diagrams and documentation

Experience with tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow analyzers, or NMS platforms

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze packet-level issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently or collaboratively on networking projects
