Job description
- Provide in-person technical support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Deploy and manage desktop and laptop equipment including imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning
- Support peripheral devices including monitors, docks, and audiovisual equipment
- Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty services with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain accurate asset inventory through proper tagging, tracking, and regular audits
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues across the organization
Requirements
- Experience providing hands-on technical support in corporate environments
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems, business applications, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and process compliance
- Excellent customer service approach with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at our Boston location, a 5 minute walk from South Station!

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $80,000 - $130,000.
