Job description
As the TacMobile Operational Analyst, you will support the installation, developmental testing, and operational evaluation of TacMobile Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems integrated with the P-8A Poseidon aircraft.
In this role, you will support mission-critical intelligence collection and communications capabilities, including motion video surveillance, while working alongside aviation and technical experts supporting Navy maritime patrol and reconnaissance operations., * Ensure TacMobile systems are fully operational, integrated, and capable of supporting fleet mission requirements.
- Support and coordinate aviation-related test activities, including tactical and ground communications.
- Operate, maintain, and manage TacMobile ground stations and associated support equipment.
- Provide TacMobile operational analysis and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system functionality and integration.
- Assist with curriculum development and provide classroom and laboratory instruction related to TacMobile systems and operations.
- Create mission events and develop Preflight Insertion Data (PID) for P-8A Poseidon aircraft missions.
- Develop and present technical briefings, test status updates, and schedules to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Position will require at least 25% annual travel, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with the following: Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), Adobe products, Cisco, WebEx, and Microsoft Office 365 is required.
- Formal training in Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance operations is a plus.
- Experience with TacMobile testing, utilization, and system integration is desired.
- Background as an aviation instructor or training developer is desired.
- Operational experience with P-8A Poseidon or P-3C Orion aircraft is desired.
- Experience working in a Tactical Operations Center (TOC) or Mobile Tactical Operations Center (MTOC) is helpful.

- The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with an individual's experience, qualifications, and skill set.
