Job description
- Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical support across all stages of the acquisition life cycle.
- Support program acquisition for advanced technology, future concept development, and integration efforts.
- Advise the government on cost, schedule, and performance matters.
- Support program managers in tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds.
- Perform earned value management and schedule analysis for defense contracts.
- Provide Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support, including congressional reporting, fiscal year planning, continuing resolution management, unfunded requirement development and submittal, end-of-year funding actions, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews and Business Financial Reviews to analyze contractor cost and schedule performance using government-accepted best practices.
- Monitor program schedules, acquisition implementation, and requirement shortfalls, providing risk-based assessments.
- Maintain and update acquisition reports by correlating program execution data with baselines., This position does not supervise the work of others.
Requirements
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the generation and analysis of Earned Value Management data
- Requires 10 or more years' experience in this type of position or program
- Requires BA/BS degree
- Requires CCaR experience
- Requires MS Office experience, Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
SALARY RANGE: $114,000 - $260,000 Annual Salary
