Business Systems Manager - SAP B1

The Internal Business Systems Manager will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing all company technology systems, with a primary focus on ERP (SAP Business One), Office 365, and our e-commerce platform. This role will drive digital transformation and operational efficiency across the business, ensuring technology enables growth, streamlines workflows, and supports real-time, data-driven decision-making., ERP Ownership (SAP B1)

• Serve as the internal SAP Business One expert, ensuring the ERP system runs efficiently and supports seamless day-to-day business operations.
• Optimize workflows across sales orders, purchasing, inventory, production and fulfilment
• Implement and manage PLM, MRP, and other tools that integrate with SAP B1 to support production planning, inventory, and order workflows.
• Continuously optimize ERP processes and performance across all departments.

E-Commerce & Integration

• Oversee e-commerce technology stack and integrations with ERP to support seamless product syncing, inventory visibility, and order flow.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to enhance the user experience, automation, and performance of e-commerce platforms.
• Support the ongoing growth and digital evolution of the company's B2B e-commerce presence.

Data & Reporting

• Act as the organization's data lead-pulling, analyzing, and visualizing data to guide strategic and operational decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for leadership and departmental use.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all platforms.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Own the IT roadmap and align technology priorities with business objectives.
• Lead IT vendor management, budgeting, and system evaluations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and increase efficiency across the company.

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in a B2B, product-based, or import-driven business.
• Deep expertise in SAP Business One, including MRP and PLM integration, along with AI solutions that integrated with SAP B1 systems.
• Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Advanced skills in data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard development.
• Experience with process automation and digital transformation in small-mid-sized companies.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
