Job description
As the Solution Management Team Manager, you will lead a team of Solution Managers and serve as a strategic bridge between Delivery, R&D, Product, and Sales. You will oversee both inbound and outbound technical engagements, ensuring our customers receive scalable, well-designed solutions while aligning internal teams around customer and business needs.
You will guide the team responsible for designing and delivering integrations of Shield's technology into customer environments, helping customers navigate our platform while ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Our solution management team aspires to be the driving force behind innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions. As their manager, you will shape the team's direction, mentor its members, and ensure the organization continues to deliver transformative solutions that elevate our capabilities., * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solution Managers;
- Define best practices, methodologies, and standards for solution design and technical delivery;
- Support the professional development of team members through coaching and guidance.
Solution Ownership
- Oversee the design and documentation of scalable solutions that address customer requirements;
- Ensure high-quality technical engagements with internal and external stakeholders;
- Guide complex customer implementations and integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a senior technical liaison between Delivery, Product, R&D, and Sales;
- Align product capabilities with customer needs and market trends;
- Drive feedback loops from customer implementations into product evolution.
Technology & Integrations
- Lead research and evaluation of integrations with communications platforms and other relevant technologies;
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices;
- Promote scalable architectures across cloud and on-prem environments.
Customer & Business Impact
- Support strategic customer engagements and complex technical discussions;
- Partner with Sales and Customer teams to enable successful deployments;
- Ensure the team delivers solutions that maximize customer value and long-term platform adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Management, Solution Architecture, or a similar technical customer-facing role;
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience;
- Experience with Cloud and On-Prem deployments - MUST;
- Experience with delivery frameworks and AGILE methodologies - MUST;
- Proven ability to design and document technical solutions - MUST;
- Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels of technical expertise - MUST;
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, R&D, and Delivery teams;
- Hands-On Development experience - advantage;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
