Systems Administrator

• Provide first-line technical support to Early Steps Data System (ESDS) users.
• Perform foundational system administration activities that maintain system integrity and user functionality.
• Perform intermediate configuration and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Execute complex configuration and customization tasks that enhance system functionality and performance.
• Coordinate with the ESDS vendor representatives for timely patch deployment, system upgrades, and escalation management of system issues.
• Coordinate with ESDS vendor representatives and third-party service providers who network with the system for issue resolution and integration support with the system.
• Update and maintain the project Risks, Action Items, Issues, Deliverables and Decisions (RAID) log and other project logs.
• Participate in weekly meetings.
• Participate in monthly status meetings.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings.

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor of Computer Science?, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Relevant experience on a year-to-year basis can substitute for specific degree requirement.

• Three years' experience and technical knowledge of information technology infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
• Three years' experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for system implementation.
• Three years' experience collecting and analyzing data, and software process evaluation and improvements.
• Three years' experience working both independently and as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design, development and implementation of a complex system implementation.
• Three years' experience assisting customers with development of business cases with application testing and implementation.
• Three years' experience in User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation.
• Three years' experience working with Early Intervention Information Technology systems.
• Knowledge of access control, patch management and compliance standards and regulatory and industry requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ISO)., * analysis, design, development and implementation of systems: 3 years (Required)
