Business Intelligence Analyst

The Senior Tableau Analytics Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and validating enterprise-scale analytics solutions using Tableau. This role focuses on building production-ready business intelligence assets, enforcing architectural standards, and ensuring data quality through rigorous testing and validation processes. The position works closely with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-documented analytical solutions and enable long-term platform adoption., Analytics Architecture & Report Development

• Architect and deploy fully interactive Tableau business intelligence reports and web-based analytical interfaces in production environments
• Define standardized design specifications to govern enterprise reporting architectures and ensure analytical consistency
• Translate analytical requirements into scalable, maintainable Tableau solutions

Data Engineering, Testing & Validation

• Engineer, process, and validate complex test data structures to support analytical environments
• Execute test data pipelines to validate advanced analytical workflows and scheduled batch processes
• Perform rigorous software testing activities, including detailed unit testing and validation protocols

Documentation, Quality & Governance

• Produce detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and security models
• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements
• Maintain issue logs and provide regular status updates on analytical development milestones

Training, Enablement & Collaboration

• Develop training materials and deliver technical knowledge transfer sessions for operational and support teams
• Facilitate structured training sessions to enable effective adoption and long-term support of analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business needs

• 5 or more years of experience engineering and deploying complex enterprise analytics solutions using Tableau
• Strong experience orchestrating tasks, fields, and organizational workflows within Tableau Business Rule Manager
• Experience executing large-scale batch processing and scheduled automated data jobs within Tableau environments
• Proven experience engineering and validating complex analytical data structures
• Hands-on experience executing full software testing life cycles, including unit testing
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed technical architecture documentation and design specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions, * Experience supporting enterprise analytics platforms in regulated or large-scale environments
• Experience defining reporting standards and governance models
• Prior ownership of analytics quality assurance or validation frameworks
