Network Administrator - Advanced - 26-02911

• Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN deployment, PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, connectivity, and authentication issues
• Support Windows-based systems and mobile device connectivity (Apple devices)
• Manage full lifecycle of network and identity infrastructure
• Perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and deployments of network systems
• Maintain and update network documentation (diagrams, designs, configurations)
• Monitor ticketing systems and resolve assigned issues in a timely manner
• Assist in testing and validation of network and identity solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders
• Provide technical support (phone, email, desk-side) to users
• Follow change management processes and provide regular status updates
• Participate in statewide travel to support remote site deployments and troubleshooting
• Perform physical tasks including lifting equipment (up to 40 lbs) and working on ladders

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * Associate's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points
• 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
• Experience creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams, * Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft (active or inactive)
• Cisco Networking Academy or similar training/bootcamp
