Job description

  • Design, implement, and maintain software applications within the Human Resources domain.
  • Ensure system performance and client experiences are continuously optimized and improved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and turn them into technical strategies.
  • Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and calculations that enhance business operations.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR application advancements, adopting new features and best practices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documents, specifications, and other project artifacts.

Requirements

  • Proven application development experience, with proficiency in .NET, Java, and related technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with application customization rather than focusing only on programming languages.
  • Familiarity with single sign-on technology and Jira.
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
