Job description
- Lead the design and development of advanced systems, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues in system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 7 or more years of experience in systems engineering and project management.
- Proven experience having developed multiple products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies related to systems engineering, including experience with IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 standards[RM3.1], examples include DFMEA, Design Verification, Control Plans, Engineering drawings and specifications, etc.
- Experience with advanced systems design and development methodologies focusing on automotive sensors (pressure, flow, etc.)

- Experience in healthcare, industrial, and automotive sensor applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a global cross functional team across multiple sites.
