Job description

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to support customer acquisition, implementation, and integration. This role spans both pre- and post-sales work and partners closely with Growth, Implementation, and Product teams.

You'll work with large, complex health systems and provide hands-on technical guidance across integrations, security, and identity management. One day may involve VPN or network design discussions; another may focus on EHR integrations, FHIR services, or SSO configurations.

The role reports to the CTO and is fully remote within U.S. time zones., * Configure the SaaS platform, including SSO, EHR/FHIR integrations, data feeds, SFTP, and private networking

  • Troubleshoot and support complex technical integrations
  • Produce clear, concise technical documentation

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software engineering or a related technical role
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability (FHIR preferred)
  • Knowledge of AWS networking and security (VPNs, VPCs, firewalls)
  • Experience with identity and access management (SAML, OIDC, Entra, Shibboleth)
  • Familiarity with modern security and encryption standards, including mTLS
  • Experience with healthcare integration engines (e.g., Mirth or Corepoint) is a plus
