Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workday Systems Administrator with expertise in Workday Security Administration and Reporting to join our HR Technology team. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing management of Workday security frameworks and development of advanced reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency in Workday with working knowledge of Workday modules (including Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking) to ensure security is designed and maintained holistically across all domains., * Configure and maintain Workday modules with a strong focus on Security Administration and Workday Reporting.

  • Design, implement, and manage Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies, ensuring compliance and data governance across HCM and related modules
  • Translate business requirements into scalable security models and reporting solutions, considering cross-functional impacts across Workday SKUs.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and various data sources.
  • Document security configurations, reporting logic, and system processes.
  • Support data audits and ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data and frameworks.
  • Conduct system testing for security changes, reporting enhancements, and Workday releases.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 5-10 years of Workday experience, with a strong emphasis on Security Administration and Workday Reporting

  • Knowledge of key Workday modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, with an understanding of how security frameworks operate across these domains
  • Experience creating and refining Workday advanced reports and dashboards based on business requirements
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable Workday environments
  • Experience working in a global or multi-entity environment

Preferred:

  • Workday Pro Certification or Partner certification in relevant modules (Security, Reporting)
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders)
