Senior Full stack .NET Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly autonomous and experienced Senior Fullstack .NET Developer to join a critical data infrastructure project. Our team manages financial funds in the HOA space and currently processes data from thousands of sources via APIs, SFTP dumps, and web scraping.

Your primary goal will be to transition this infrastructure into a robust, enterprise-grade system where Azure SQL serves as the true source of truth, while integrating seamlessly with our current Airtable workflows. You will be responsible for cleaning and normalizing data, building robust ETL pipelines, and integrating seamlessly with with current Airtable workfows. Because you will be collaborating with an existing part-time development team, we require a strong self-starter who can take requirements and run with them independently., * Backend & Data Engineering: Build and maintain ETL processes to pull inconsistent data formats (APIs, SFTP, web scraping) and normalize them into an Azure SQL database.

• System Integration: Create and manage automated jobs that facilitate a two-way sync between Azure SQL and Airtable. You will ensure that specific analyst updates in Airtable are pushed back to SQL without overwriting fresh monthly imports.
• Legacy Automation Migration: Help deconstruct and rebuild legacy business processes currently running on tools like Zapier, pointing them toward the new Azure SQL source of truth.
• Infrastructure & Documentation: Establish proper repositories, infrastructure backups, and detailed technical documentation to ensure long-term platform stability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, who will provide technical specs, and coordinate seamlessly with the part-time, night-shift development team.

Do you have experience in Zapier?, * Seniority: High mid-level to senior-level experience; must be highly independent and capable of driving a project forward with minimal oversight.

• Backend Core: Deep expertise in the .NET stack, specifically C# and SQL Server / Azure SQL.
• Fullstack Knowledge: General fullstack understanding is preferred, but specific frontend UI or dashboard creation experience is not required.
• Architecture: Strong understanding of process flow, data normalization, and system design.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with the Airtable API.
• Familiarity with rapid development/testing tools like LINQPad.
• Industry background in banking, finance, or investment banking to better understand specific data terminology., * ETL pipelines: 5 years (Required)
