IT Application Developer

We are seeking an IT Application Developer to support the design, development, and integration of enterprise applications in a secure, high-availability environment. This role will focus on building scalable web-based applications, integrating internal and third-party systems, and supporting data-driven initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development experience with .NET technologies, along with exposure to modern data and AI-driven solutions. This position requires a balance of hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications supporting business operations

• Build and support integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, and data platforms
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to consume and present data from warehouses and reporting systems
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment within a structured development environment
• Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing system enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Maintain documentation related to application architecture, integrations, and data flows
• Support secure development practices and ensure proper handling of sensitive data
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including the evaluation and integration of AI/ML capabilities where appropriate
• Assist in developing and optimizing data models, workflows, and automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance and security standards

• 3+ years of experience in application development (full-stack preferred)
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Experience building modern web applications (front-end and back-end frameworks)
• Experience with system integrations and API-based data exchange
• Familiarity with working across structured and unstructured data sources
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), automation tools, or modern AI frameworks
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other database platforms
• Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection standards
