Network Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join a high-performing Infrastructure Network team supporting a complex, mission-critical environment operating 24/7/365. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-availability network communications across multiple data centers and distributed sites., * Ensure day-to-day operations and high availability of enterprise WAN environments across multiple data centers and remote locations

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco network technologies including routing, switching, wireless (WLC), and firewall platforms
• Support and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure aligned to business and security requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance and traffic flow using enterprise monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot network, server, and application connectivity issues across infrastructure environments
• Support hardware lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, testing, and refresh initiatives
• Enforce network security policies, access controls, and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
• Support DNS and DHCP services within enterprise environments
• Assist with network installations, migrations, and system enhancements
• Analyze infrastructure needs and contribute to network planning and capacity forecasting
• Audit network infrastructure to ensure adherence to internal standards and security policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on network-related initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to critical incidents

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, a deep understanding of enterprise networking, and the ability to troubleshoot, support, and optimize network environments at scale. This position requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, high-availability environment., * 5 7+ years of experience in enterprise network administration or network analysis

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (routing, switching, VPN, wireless, firewalls, ISE)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols (e.g., EIGRP)
• Experience supporting WAN/LAN and wireless environments in a production setting
• Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetScout, SolarWinds/NPM)
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and network security concepts including IPSec
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to document, plan, and execute infrastructure changes effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Experience

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network environments
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and network resiliency strategies
• Knowledge of DDoS mitigation techniques and network security best practices
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows operating systems
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere

Work Environment & Additional Requirements

• Onsite role based in Tampa, FL
• Standard business hours with flexibility for nights, weekends, or emergency response as needed
• Participation in on-call rotation supporting 24/7 operations
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity as required
• Must be able to pass background screening and meet security requirements
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment
