In this onsite role at our Loves Park, IL facility, you'll ensure that employees have the tools, access, and support they need to succeed every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver second-line technical support across onsite, phone, email, and chat channels to keep employees productive and supported.
Manage user accounts, system access, and standard configurations to maintain secure and compliant operations.
Resolve incidents and service requests while driving timely follow-up and clear communication with users.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, network connectivity, and local IT infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Identify recurring issues, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.
Requirements
Experience providing technical support for users across hardware, software, and Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Office, Outlook, Teams, Exchange, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an understanding of PC architecture and basic IT infrastructure concepts.
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver service with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and experience handling incidents, service requests, and escalations.
A background in IT support gained through education, professional experience, or a combination of both.
