Job description
- Own the solution architecture for IBM Sterling Order Management across order lifecycle, store engagement, and store execution
- Architect integrations across OMS, ERP, WMS, and store systems
- Design scalable components supporting order sourcing, routing, inventory visibility, and fulfillment workflows
- Lead architectural decisions around custom extensions, APIs, services, and user exits within Sterling OMS
- Guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and platform standards
Requirements
- Hands-on architecture and implementation experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS)
- Experience delivering large-scale Sterling OMS implementations or expansions
- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE within enterprise OMS environments
- Deep knowledge of order management, fulfillment, inventory visibility, and store execution workflows
- Experience designing high-volume, mission-critical retail or distribution systems
