Job description

  • Lead requirements gathering for quoting, pricing, product configuration, and approval workflows across multiple business units.
  • Translate complex pricing, product, and commercial strategies into scalable Salesforce CPQ functional designs.
  • Design and document end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process flows, including integrations with CLM, Billing, and ERP systems.
  • Define functional designs for product catalogs, bundles, configuration rules, pricing models, and subscription structures.
  • Design guided selling experiences and intuitive quote creation workflows aligned to different sales personas.
  • Drive functional decisions related to discounting models, approval hierarchies, contract amendments, renewals, and upsell scenarios.
  • Produce detailed functional specifications and user stories; collaborate with technical teams to implement rule logic, custom extensions, and integrations.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test strategy, test scenarios, execution, and validation of CPQ functionality.
  • Provide functional governance across Salesforce environments, release cycles, and deployments, ensuring CPQ data integrity and solution consistency.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define CPQ roadmaps, adoption strategies, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce CPQ Functional Lead or Consultant.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ features, including product rules, pricing methods, discounting, approvals, and advanced approvals.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs and specifications.
  • Experience leading UAT and working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills., * Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Advanced Specialist certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing, CLM tools, or ERP integrations.
  • Background in complex pricing models, subscriptions, or multi-entity selling.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale CPQ implementations across global teams.

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 - $174,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
