Job description

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Sr. AI Technical Architect/Developer to join our team and help drive the implementation and delivery of next-generation AI-driven solutions. As a ServiceNow AI Technical Architect/Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using ServiceNow's Now Assist, AI Agents, and integrations with external Large Language Models (LLMs).

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen per the contract with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to architect and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents to automate complex business processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI implementation, including practical application of Generative AI and configuring AI-driven workflows.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini) and integrating them into enterprise workflows.
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
  • Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow.
  • Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients to define AI strategies and use cases.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
