- Bachelor's degree
- PMP or similar certification
- 3-5 years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects
- Someone collaborative, humble, and adaptable who can learn quickly, go with the flow, and follow processes while also bringing thoughtful suggestions
- Familiar with PM tools, such as Birdview or Microsoft Project
- Experience with cross-functional teams is a plus
- Strong at planning, documentation, tracking dependencies, and keeping projects moving
- Comfortable managing timelines, stakeholders, and updates
- Can run projects independently - no hand-holding

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
