Security Compliance & Frameworks:

• Deep knowledge of NIST RMF and NIST SP 800-53
• Experience authoring ATO (Authority to Operate) documentation and security artifacts

Cloud Security & Monitoring:

• AWS Config - for compliance automation
• Amazon CloudWatch & AWS CloudTrail - for monitoring logs and security events
• Integration of cloud logs with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools

Automation & Scripting:

• Python - for automating security tasks and compliance workflows

System Hardening:

• Building and managing STIG-compliant AMIs and cloud resources

Additional Tools/Practices (Nice to Have):

• Experience with continuous compliance monitoring tools
• Familiarity with AWS security services like AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and IAM policies, * 7-9 years of professional experience supporting security compliance and ATO (Authority to Operate) efforts for AWS cloud workloads in a classified environment.
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status.
• An active Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Security Clearance from MPO with a Greenbadge is required.
• Must be able to work approximately 2-3 days per week on-site in Fort Meade, MD.
