We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow., Our Sales and Marketing department is currently seeking an individual for the sales analytics I - IV position. The analytics engineer leverages project management and data management expertise to support data analytics initiatives and collaborate with Sales business partners. They utilize a variety of technical languages and tools to develop data-driven solutions, while identifying and resolving root causes of data quality issues. Acting as a bridge between analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders, the analytics engineer delivers fast, accurate, and customer-focused solutions. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio., * demonstrate proficiency in querying existing datasets using technical languages such as SAS and SQL

  • document requirements and solutions in alignment with team best practices.
  • design and support the development of data structures to meet business needs
  • complete service requests of medium complexity and risk, including effort estimation and timeline communication
  • contribute to the maintenance and management of both internal and externally sourced datasets
  • assist with metadata change control processes
  • participate in data quality initiatives, including process design and issue resolution
  • implement data cleansing procedures based on business requirements
  • understand configuration dependencies and relationships among data analytics tools
  • collaborate with technical teams such as IT and PARM to support system integration
  • develop, maintain, enhance, and document code, macros, and databases used by the team
  • implement basic exception handling in data processes

Requirements

  • a minimum of 1 year of experience with data query languages and programs, data visualization tools, and data analysis using statistical techniques preferred
  • a minimum of 1 year of experience with insurance or financial practices and data management preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bring education and experience from:

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
  • have earned an associate in insurance data analytics (AIDA) designation or other analytics professional courses preferred

Benefits & conditions

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
