Job description

  • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Full life cycle project ownership from analysis to application development to delivery of IT solutions.
  • Develop rock-solid, scalable systems aligned to established architecture guidelines and patterns.
  • Actively partner with various program leads, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and upstream data leads/teams to analyze business requirements, gap analysis, and data profiling of existing ETL jobs to contribute towards improvement of standard architecture and development patterns.
  • Present solutions to business stakeholders to solicit feedback to drive agile development.
  • Enforce modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development.
  • Hybrid work schedule available.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field, and 5 years of Data and Analytics Engineering experience (or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely-related field and 3 years of Data and Analytics Engineering experience), along with Databricks Generative AI certification.

Must have experience with: python scripting; Data Management & SQL expertise including Teradata & Snowflake; Databricks; Master Data Management technologies including Reltio and Informatica MDM; PySpark; working as a part of Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban); AWS; Glue; Terraform; Lambda; Aurora; Redshift; EMR; Git; SVN; working in an agile CI/CD environments; Jenkins; and, the health care information domain.
