Tier 2 Network Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Tier 2 Network Administrator to investigate and resolve complex network issues escalated from the Tier 1 team.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of network administration and troubleshooting experience
• Strong understanding of routing protocols, network services, and security
• Experience with network monitoring, traffic analysis, and scripting tools

Key Skills:

• Expert-level troubleshooting abilities for complex network issues
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze technical data, identify patterns, and provide solutions
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills

Desired Certifications:

• CCNA, Network+, Security+
