Job description
Arlluk Technology Solutions is seeking a Tier 1 Network Administrator to monitor our customer's network infrastructure and provide front-line support and troubleshooting.
The Tier 1 Network Administrator will be the initial point of contact for network issues, outages, and service requests. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, triaging incidents, and performing basic troubleshooting tasks based on established procedures. Additional duties involve fulfilling service requests, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-tier support teams.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in IT, computer science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in network administration or technical support
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, devices, and monitoring tools
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations, * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
