Duties include: Lead our USA Maintenance Support team to provide our customers quick turnaround on support questions, enhancement estimates and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, Assign tasks to maintenance support personnel, Identify and resolve problems, Meetings with customers and support team, Coordinate tasks with maintenance support personnel, Identify need for initial or supplemental maintenance resources, Configure Order Dressing software, Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to correct the data and/or software, Status meetings reviewing task's progress, enhancement opportunities, upgrade timelines, and maintenance visits, Travel to customer sites.
