Job description
- Facilitates planning andceremonies; supports Product. UX/UI teams, Architects, Engineering and Design leads in strategic planning, prioritization, and valuedelivery
- Conducts or oversees business-specific programs by applying deep expertise in subject area; promoting adherence to Agile based development and delivery across onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Solving complex problems; Support identifying and mitigating issues or risks, as appropriate; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; evaluating recommendations made; and influencing the completion of program.
- Practices self-leadership and promotes learning in others by building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders; communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; influencing team members within assigned unit.
- Manages and monitors the program financials of multiple large projects (upto 5 million dollars)
- Monitors and controls overall project performance and quality against plan and makes adjustment as needed.
- Promotes adherence to established processes and policies (e.g. SDLC including domain standards, Client standards).
- Manages the work of large project teams by monitoring internal and external resources; employees, vendors and product companies
- Ensures the alignment, buy-in, engagement and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships as well as communicating appropriately with internal customers, third party vendors, and business leadership.
- Ensures success of project by identifying and working closely with the right stakeholders based on their level of influence and decision making.
- Provides insight to key stakeholders and project sponsors by developing project goals, setting the prioritization of deliverables, discussing involvement of business processes (e.g. project change management, communication) and facilitating decisions necessary for project delivery.
- Reviews vendor performance levels and ensures service level agreements are met.
- Participates in contract negotiations with service vendors and reviews project invoices submitted by vendor for accuracy.
Requirements
15y+ exp in IT ; with at least 10+y as IT Project Manager in Retail INDUSTRY - FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Expertise needed in Gilbarco - Fuel Management Software and Hardware
- Seattle, onsite/Hybrid/remote OK
- Experience in Technical Project Manager Role delivering $2M - $5M project turning red projects green.
- Must have used AI PM Tools and Vibe Coding in day to day development
- Expert in waterfall and agile
- Maintaining financial health of the programs (5-10 million ; new, upgrades, migrations), identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and leading engagement and communication with departmental or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in solution building and delivering high quality of work with 100% test coverage
- Expert in using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio
- Expert in daily Scrum, status reporting, gnat charts, project velocity, burndown, P&L, resource optimization, task optimization, issue resolution, communications & change management
- Experience in ERP - RETAIL - Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Domain
- Experience with International Fulfillment Program, Supply Chain , WMS, Logistics, Ecommerce required
- Experience with custom application integrations, * Minimum 10-15 year experience managing end to end delivery of mid scale programs with onshore-offshore development teams.
- Minimum 10 year experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
- Minimum seven (7) year experience managing program budgets.
- Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
