Job description

Define, develop, and apply performance/scalability benchmarks. Debug and improve system performance/scalability in cross-functional teams. Use profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis. Devise experiments to evaluate system performance impacts. Plan and execute performance tests in automated environments and analyze results. Participate in architecture/design reviews for cross-team quality assurance. Must-Have: 3+ years in software testing with strong SAP performance testing experience. Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++. Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and SQL performance tuning. Hands-on JVM tuning and profiling tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Nice-to-Have: Agile/Scrum experience, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), SAP BTP optimization, machine learning, Git. Knowledge of SDI, SCP iOS SDK, database monitoring tools (Kibana, HANA DB cockpit).

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Math/CS/Engineering. AWS/GCP certifications preferred.
