The Senior HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Manager and collaborates with the HR leadership team and others in the organization to seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall user experience. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Workday configuration and system administration. This role partners with HR process owners and cross-functional teams to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. What will your job entail? Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize Workday, focusing on Recruiting and Talent Management, and other modules as needed.
- Provide day-to-day Workday system support, including researching, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Global business stakeholders on Workday and HR Technology project planning, execution and delivery.
- Document business requirements, decisions, business processes, and workflows in relevant documentation, training guides, quick reference guides.
- Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall employee experience within Workday.
- Follow defined procedure for populating, loading and troubleshooting Workday EIBs.
- Maintain confidential employee information in Workday and protect the privacy of sensitive data.
- Support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes.
- Adhere to change management processes to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years Workday HCM experience, certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Talent Management, with familiarity across other modules.
- Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field, equivalent experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
- Workday Pro certification is preferred.
