Job description

By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. It's the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Box is the Content Cloud: the secure, intelligent platform that powers how the world's best companies work with content. Our customers in Life Sciences run missioncritical, regulated workflows on Box-GxP, regulatory submissions, and MLR review. We're investing in a solutions portfolio that packages repeatable, industrygrade workflows to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

We're looking for a Solutions Product Leader to define, build, and scale customerabstracted solutions for Life Sciences (LS). You will translate real customer signals into repeatable designs, lead crossfunctional teams to bring them to market, and manage the portfolio with rigor so our customers adopt faster and realize more value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Intake and synthesize signals from customer conversations, field feedback, and Solution Engineering demos to identify and size highimpact solution opportunities.
  • Provide vertical expertise on Life Science best practices and design compliant, customerabstracted solution blueprints and Bills of Materials.
  • Lead crossfunctional, scrumlike workstreams with Product, PMM, Solution Engineers, Services/Consulting, and Partners to build, package, and launch solutions.
  • Define and prioritize the solution backlog; make datadriven decisions on tiering, scaling, maintenance, and pruning across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Services to create implementation packages that accelerate timetoadoption and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Monitor adoption, pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR/AI consumption, WAUs, and timetoadoption; coursecorrect based on insights.
  • Close the loop with Product by documenting functionality gaps, repeatable patterns, and proposed specs for productization.
  • Champion regulated workflow requirements and integration patterns across APIs, metadata models, and IDP/AI use cases., Box makes reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. If a reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, please complete this form. Reasonable accommodations may include scheduling adjustments, document dictation and beyond.
