Test Architect

A Test Architect with a strong strategy and consulting mindset to define and drive enterprise-scale test strategies across complex application landscapes. This role partners closely with Directors, Engineering Leaders, and Business Stakeholders to embed quality into delivery through scalable, measurable, and outcome-driven testing practices., * Define and own end-to-end test strategy aligned with business goals, delivery models (Agile, SAFe, Hybrid), and risk profiles.

• Design test architecture covering functional, automation, performance, security, data, and compliance testing.
• Act as a quality transformation consultant to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and release decisions using data-driven insights.
• Drive continuous improvement, including shift-left/shift-right practices and adoption of AI-assisted testing and automation.
• Establish quality governance, metrics, and quality gates across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Directors to translate strategy into executable test operating models.
• Provide leadership to ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Identify quality risks early and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.

Do you have experience in UI?, * 15+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineering, with 5+ years in a Test Architect or Test Strategy role.

• Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-scale test strategies.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based delivery models.
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration & Data), performance, and security testing.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, consulting, and influence skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into practical, executable quality strategies.
