Job description

Program Ownership - Own delivery of website platform programs including CMS migration, site redesigns, feature launches, and infrastructure improvements across multiple regions; define program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines; manage cross-team execution across engineering, design, product, marketing, SEO, analytics, and localization teams

  • Web Experience Delivery - Oversee development of scalable website components, templates, and page structures enabling efficient content creation across 23 languages; coordinate site launches, redesigns, platform migrations, and technical implementations while ensuring performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and Core Web Vitals standards are met

  • Technical & Platform Leadership - Partner with architects on website platform architecture and integrations (Workfront, Figma, search, translations, personalization, analytics); manage upgrades, releases, and platform roadmap; translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and drive execution with product management and engineering teams

  • Stakeholder & Risk Management - Act as primary point of contact between marketing stakeholders and technical teams; identify and mitigate risks related to content velocity, site performance, scalability, and launch readiness; drive issue resolution, dependency management, and cross-team alignment

  • Operational Excellence - Establish delivery processes, documentation, and reporting standards; track KPIs such as time-to-publish, site stability, release success, platform adoption, and user satisfaction; drive continuous improvement in website delivery processes

About the team

The Website Experiences team sits within the Amazon Ads Marketing, responsible for the strategy and execution of advertising.amazon.com and Amazon Ads Academy. Our team manages content strategy, platform experiences, and technical operations supporting global advertising initiatives. We work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards and driving innovation in content delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

  • Experience with Adobe CQ5/ AEM, Omniture/Sitecatalyst, Adobe Connect, HTML and CSS Coding

  • Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or media

  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
