Job description
We're looking for an Engineering IT Project Manager who thrives at the crossroads of technology, teamwork, and transformation. In this role, you'll champion Agile practices across engineering IT initiatives, ensuring every project moves with purpose, clarity, and momentum., * Serve as the central communication hub for all project-related interactions.
- Partner with requestors to translate new ideas into structured A3 project initiations.
- Build alignment across engineers, IT teams, and key stakeholders.
- Manage expectations with transparency-sharing progress, insights, and updates along the way.
Project Portfolio Ownership
- Collaborate closely with the IT Product Owner to maintain a healthy project portfolio.
- Apply demand management principles, Agile WIP limits, and a structured prioritization approach that keeps everything visible and on track.
Project Planning & Execution
- Co?define project vision, scope, timelines, and deliverables with cross?functional teams.
- Track progress proactively and manage risks before they escalate.
- Identify and remove obstacles that slow down the team or impact performance.
- Monitor project budgets and resources with precision.
- For Agile teams: lead the rhythm of delivery-daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
If you bring a blend of engineering know?how, IT expertise, and hands-on experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies, you'll fit right in. You'll guide cross-functional teams, drive process excellence, clear roadblocks, and help deliver impactful solutions from concept to completion., * A strong foundation in engineering and IT, with an understanding of product engineering workflows.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional facilitation and collaboration skills that bring teams together.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools and platforms.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a big plus.
- Hands?on experience as a ScrumMaster or Agile Project Manager, ideally within engineering or IT.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range*: $85.00 - $89.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
