Job description

  • Gather and manage business and technical requirements.
  • Lead Agile delivery, including writing and managing features and backlog.
  • Design and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions (call flows, bot flows).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product outcomes and improvements.

Requirements

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX to lead product execution and requirements management. This role will focus on delivering contact center solutions, managing Agile backlogs, and partnering with stakeholders to drive customer experience improvements., Required:

  • 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX
  • Strong Agile experience (e.g., backlog, features, user stories)
  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Banking experience (Treasury or Commercial)
  • Contact center operations and KPI knowledge
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and CX optimization
