Job description
- Lead and participate in workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, defining use cases for digital asset management.
- Create comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and process flows to support project objectives.
- Design the CMDB class structure and data models necessary for effective digital asset inventory management.
- Perform hands-on configuration of the ServiceNow platform to implement designed solutions, including automation workflows.
- Develop and execute test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality and functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and business analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Extensive experience designing and configuring ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure and data modeling.
- Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
