Requirements
- 3+ years in enterprise voice/telecom product management or platform ownership
- Experience with regulated production delivery: change windows, risk management, incident governance
- Strong vendor/carrier coordination skills (SLAs, escalation paths, cutovers/rollback)
- Familiarity with SBC centric voice architectures (Ribbon preferred; others acceptable)
- Experience with call identity, anti spoofing, or adjacent telecom security initiatives
- Working familiarity with contact center ecosystems (Genesys and/or Amazon Connect) and migration coexistence patterns, * Experience leading multi team, carrier integrated programs
- Familiarity with STIR/SHAKEN and caller identity / call trust programs
- Experience defining and enforcing non functional requirements (latency overhead, availability, reliability)
- Experience supporting hybrid contact center transitions (on prem to cloud CCaaS)
- Experience working with BFS Sector
