Computer Hardware Technician

The Computer Hardware Technician will work in a team environment within our Tech Department. The position entails handling, cleaning, testing, diagnosing and repairing assorted electronic assemblies; component identification and component cross referencing., * Track assemblies to be tested/repaired.

• Clean assemblies to be tested/repaired.
• Disassembly of products to obtain electronic assemblies to be tested/ repaired.
• Assist in generating test procedures for assorted products.
• Complete functionality tests per order requirements.
• Generate test reports per product when requested.
• Ability to cross reference component parts when necessary.
• Quickly and accurately complete inventory moves within the inventory system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly test/ repair area.
• Log orders completely and accurately in repair log.
• Follow all company and departmental processes and procedures completely.
• Willing to go above and beyond job specific tasks associated with the position to ensure the continual success of the entire operation.

• 2+ year experience in a repair role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed-oriented and well organized.
• Team player attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time.
